Our natural instinct is often to move against anxiety through keeping busy, so we don’t have to feel it or notice it. Learn how you can notice and best help your child when they struggle with anxiety, by going to our website www.hvs.org, click on the Mental Health Resources tab.

REMINDER FOR THIS WEEK:
No school Tuesday, March 14th.
