Employee ID badges are available at the Administration Building during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm). Closed for lunch from 12-1 pm.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION REQUESTS

All employment verification requests must be submitted via email to: hrvoerequests@hvs.org.

Requests must include a signed employee authorization form. Employment information will not be released without this authorization. Employment verification cannot be provided verbally.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing.

RETIREMENT & RESIGNATIONS

If you are planning to retire from Public School Service, you must also arrange to complete the process through the Office of Retirement Services (ORS).  The district is unable to assist you with this process.  You must follow the protocols and procedure with the ORS.  There are many documents and information available from the ORS.
