The Milford HS Concert Choir received a 1 (Excellent) rating at the District Choral Festival on March 11. They performed for 4 judges, worked with a vocal clinician from Traverse City, and performed 6 sight-singing exercises. The MHS Concert Choir had such poise and confidence and even received a perfect score in sight-singing from one of the judges.

On March 5 & 6, the Lakeland & Milford Wind Ensembles traveled to Waterford Kettering High School to perform at the MSBOA band festival. The Bands both had an incredible performance and both received a final rating of Superior (highest possible), and received straight Superior ratings from all of the concert judges, the sight reading judge, and in all subcategories. This is the first time MHS has gone to Festival in many years. Both bands were professional and represented HVS as top performance groups.
