Stacey Groh is a Math teacher and department chair at IA-West. She sponsors the Math Honors Society, providing essential tutoring for students. She also plans fun events for students locally and with other IA campuses.

Austin Oates makes sure his crew takes care of the snow and grass needs at HVS. He also helps teams and staff with moving equipment or furniture, hangs up exterior signs districtwide and so much more with a positive attitude and smile every day!

Each year, on March 31st children and adults alike, pick up their favorite colors for National Crayon Day. Opening up a box of crayons opens up a world of imagination and hours of fun.

Congratulations FIRST Robotics Team 67 - HOT Team - they began their spring break with a win after competing in the Troy District Event March 25-26.
HOT Team 67 is ranked #1 in the state and will be competing in the State Championship, April 6-8 at SVSU.

National Pencil Day honors the writing utensil that has done more than just teach millions the alphabet and draw straight lines. It’s also helped win wars by helping draw maps and artists often pick up a pencil to scratch out a rough outline of an idea.

Big things are happening at Lakeland High School - The LGI is being transformed into the new secure entry and International Academy-West is getting a new entry. This work is thanks to the Bond & Building Site Sinking Fund approved by voters in 2019.

Nicole McConnell is a dual enrolled junior, she attends MHS half day and takes college classes at OCC. She is also a Captain of the Milford Equestrian team and currently has 21 State and Regional Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals.
She is a scholar athlete and student!

Spanish speaking tutor needed!
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English speaker to tutor middle/high school students in Geometry and Algebra on an as needed basis. Candidate must have strong Geometry/Algebra skills.
