Milford High School just wrapped up their Pep Assembly ahead of tonight's Homecoming Football Game!

Heritage Elementary students had the opportunity to check out the Milford High School Homecoming Parade floats ahead of this afternoon's parade.
The parade starts in downtown Milford at 4:15pm.

The MHS homecoming activities continue with the HV marching band and MHS seniors greeting Heritage Elementary students at drop off this morning!

It is spirit week at Muir Middle School and during today's Pep Assembly - they were joined by the Milford High School football team, cheerleaders and more - then enjoyed a friendly game of student vs staff volleyball!

Jazelle Hysko, a 7th grader at Oak Valley Middle School, is hosting her fourth Blanket Drive for the less fortunate now through October 31st. This year's goal is 1,000 blankets, she is just under half way to her goal.

The Milford Township Parks & Recreation is hosting their Fall Picnic!
Saturday, September 30th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Central Park
This event is free for families!
Ms. Hattie's class at Apollo has been working hard learning "whole body listening" and what they CAN do. The kids also worked on their fine motor skills, by cutting, gluing, and coloring their own Mr. Potato head pieces. In groups, they did one part at a time, so they had time to talk about each body part individually and what they can do.

Another great weekend for Huron Valley Marching Band! Saturday, they hosted the Dragon Invitational with Lake Orion at LHS. There were over 1300 spectators and 12 bands from across the state competing. HVMB won flight one and got best visual performance. Then 6 of the bands were chosen to perform again and HVMB placed second! They also won the traveling Dragon award. Congratulations, HVMB!!!

Huron Valley United Racing middle schoolers are currently undefeated in the Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association 2023 race series after 4 out of 6 races!
The high school is tied for 1st place with Brighton Area Schools in the Division 1 scholastic competition after 4 out of 6 races as well!
