CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Demo has begun for the new LGI at Lakeland High School. The new main office is taking shape at Milford High School and the new secured entry way beam framing is in progress. Crews are doing a great job! #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

Lauren Scanlon is a social worker at Oxbow Elementary and has been a life saver for one particular family. She worked with their daughter, who has severe anxiety about school and together they created solutions to help ease her into the day. #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

Heritage Elementary students had the opportunity to check out the Milford High School Homecoming Parade floats ahead of this afternoon's parade. The parade starts in downtown Milford at 4:15pm. #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

It is spirit week at Muir Middle School and during today's Pep Assembly - they were joined by the Milford High School football team, cheerleaders and more - then enjoyed a friendly game of student vs staff volleyball! #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

Jazelle Hysko, a 7th grader at Oak Valley Middle School, is hosting her fourth Blanket Drive for the less fortunate now through October 31st. This year's goal is 1,000 blankets, she is just under half way to her goal. You can donate at OVMS! #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

Ms. Hattie's class at Apollo has been working hard learning "whole body listening" and what they CAN do. The kids also worked on their fine motor skills, by cutting, gluing, and coloring their own Mr. Potato head pieces. In groups, they did one part at a time, so they had time to talk about each body part individually and what they can do. #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS

HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND: The Milford Township Parks & Recreation is hosting their Fall Picnic! Saturday, September 30th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Central Park This event is free for families!
