This year’s honorees include Michele Hojnacki of Lakewood Elementary, Roberta Diacono of Muir Middle School, and Anna Bovio of Lakeland High School. Each educator was selected for their outstanding contributions in the classroom and the meaningful connections they build with students and colleagues.
The annual recognition highlights teachers who go above and beyond to create engaging learning environments while supporting students both academically and personally. District leaders noted that all three recipients exemplify creativity, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping students thrive.
This year’s honorees were selected for the positive impact they make in their schools and the strong relationships they build with students and colleagues. Superintendent Paul Salah praised the honorees, emphasizing the importance of their role in shaping students’ futures.
