Huron Valley Schools is proud to recognize the extraordinary academic achievements of the Class of 2026’s highest-achieving students from Milford High School and Lakeland High School.

These students have earned their place at the top of their class through years of dedication, perseverance, and excellence in some of the district’s most rigorous coursework. Beyond impressive grade point averages, each of them is deeply involved in school life — leaders, role models, and active members of their school communities.

Milford High School

At Milford High School, senior Lily Hardin has earned the distinction of Valedictorian with an outstanding 4.62 GPA. Senior Gavin Hess earned the honor of Salutatorian with a 4.53 GPA.

Eight additional seniors achieved Top Academic GPA honors, earning well above a 4.25 in a graduating class of nearly 300 students:

Amelia Brennan, Nicholas Dziedzic, Michael Hull, Kyle O’Rourke, Jacob Schrader, Nolan Treder, Timothy Tiedje and Ralph Walter.

To earn above the traditional 4.00 GPA, students must excel across all subject areas while successfully completing multiple Advanced Placement-level courses. Their academic success reflects countless hours of hard work and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Lakeland High School

Lakeland High School proudly announces its Top Scholars for the Class of 2026 as well.

This year’s Co-Valedictorians are Landon Johns and Jacob Beck, who share the highest academic honor for their class. The Salutatorian is Meredith Peterson.
