Senior Citizen Luncheon

Local senior citizens were invited to enjoy a meal and a show at this year’s Senior Appreciation Luncheon on Thursday, March 14th.  Over 125 seniors turned out for the luncheon, which included HVS parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors.  Some of our local senior centers were also able to attend.  In addition to a catered lunch, the seniors had the opportunity to stay for a POPS Concert in the MHS Performing Arts Center.

Huron Valley Schools would like to say a special thank you to the following businesses and organizations for their help putting this event together; Milford High School Performing Arts, Huron Valley Schools Recreation & Community Education, Huron Valley State Bank, Western Oakland Transportation Authority, Czapski’s Kitchen Cafe & Catering, Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Melt Candle Shop, Milford Main St. Dentistry, Huron Valley Community Coalition, Bogie Lake Greenhouses, Jack’s Barber Shop, Anna’s House, White Lake Brunch and Milford Independent Cinema.
