Kids Eating Lunch

The Federal Government funded program that allowed all students access to free meals during COVID-19 has been discontinued. This does not mean your child is not eligible for a free or reduced meal, it means families need to apply to see if they qualify. This applies to all schools except students at Harbor High, Highland and Oxbow Elementary who are already qualified for free lunches through the Federal Community Eligibility Program.

Please complete the 2022-2023 online application, which is available on the district’s website to see if your child qualifies for a free or reduced lunch. Paper applications are also available at the school where your child attends. All income approval amounts have been raised this year to reflect increased cost of living expenses.  If you haven’t qualified in the past you may be eligible for the 2022-2023 school year.

If you do not qualify for free or reduced meals, you may begin depositing money into student accounts at any time to prepare for the cost of school lunches next year.
