Alumni Spotlight! John Rakowicz! Class of 2014! A great memory from LHS that he has was placing on stage in my first DECA competition. He is now a Doctor of Chiropractic right here in Highland Michigan. He says "I was blessed to do my schooling out in the bay area of California at a school called life chiropractic college west." #WeAreLakeland #Lakeland50


Alumni Spotlight! Lindsay Parker! Class of 2010! Her found memories of LHS Being apart of the Grease musical, making the most of the duel enrollment program and meeting John Parker, who I married 4 years later. We have been dating since our senior year at Lakeland and just celebrated 10 years of marriage! She says "I graduated from the University of Michigan with my degree is communications and I have been living in Las Vegas for the last 8 years. I have had a wonderful career in cybersecurity, and gaming project management. Currently, I am Senior Project Manager for one of the largest casino gaming companies in the world! In my spare time I love traveling, playing tennis, and spending time John and our 3 dogs!" #WeAreLakeland #Lakeland50



Alumni Spotlight! Jamie Sheehan! Class of 2013! Her fond LHS memories are Friday night football games sunshine, rain, freezing cold it was always fun getting to be with friends. She is currently one of the few Eating Disorder and body image specialist in Toledo OH. She works in private practice therapy She used her background of high school sports at Lakeland to go on and play collegiate rugby, and now is competing in strongman competitions as well as powerlifting. #WeAreLakeland #Lakeland50
