On April 13-16, the HOT Team competed in the FIRST in Michigan State Championship. The HOT Team's performance at this event qualified them for the World Championship in Houston TX April 20-23. The HOT Team finished the qualifications in second place with a 9W-3L-0T record. Their HOT Team's alliance with the Chimeras (Team 1684 from Lapeer) and That ONE Team (Team 4967 from Belmont) finished as DTE division quarter finalists. The HOT Team performed excellently. Their hard work paid off with an invitation to the FIRST Robotics World Championship! Congratulations to the HOT Robotics Team! The HOT Team is made up of students from Lakeland, Milford, and the IA West.
