This past weekend 11 Lakeland High School and IA West Thespians of Troupe 7905 participated and competed at the annual Michigan Thespian Festival at the Lansing Center.
Troupe 7905 competed in 7 individual events receiving 2 Superior Ratings and 5 Excellent Ratings. I am very proud of each one of them and they are now armed with the experience to maximize the benefits in future shows, conferences and competitions.

Elaina Cotton also officially competed for Senior Scholarships and was offered more than $92,000 in college scholarships. Congratulations to Elaina Cotton!!
This weekend was time well spent! We are all coming back with more skills and ideas to implement so we can continue growing and improving our theater program here at Lakeland High School! Thank you for supporting us and recognizing the value of this event to the students!
