Oak Valley Middle School

To practice social skills, students in Mrs. Nicolay's class participate in Community Based Instruction (CBI).  In a multitude of real-life settings, they initiate conversations, read and order from a menu, handle money, and use manners. These experiences provide a reinforcement of lessons and goals taught within the school setting.
