During math time in Mrs. Dart's class this week, students used Base Ten Unit blocks to build numbers to compare them.

Spring Mills Elementary fifth grade students enjoyed two, fun-filled days exploring nature at Camp Ohiyesa in Holly, Mi. Team building, collaboration, and exploring ecosystems are just some of the fun activities students participated in.


Kindergarten took a field trip to Diehl’s Orchard. Mrs. Chamberlains class was learning how cider is made.


4th graders had a visit from the Highland Fire Department as part of our school wide safety week!


The Scholastic Book Fair is here! Students have an opportunity to shop during the school day until Friday morning. However, if you want to shop with your child, it is open after school on Wednesday from 4:30-7:00pm.

The students in Ms. Day's class worked together in groups to talk about the character traits of an "ultimate classmate". They practiced compromise, respectful communication, and teamwork as they chose the traits of a great leader, team name and design of their classmate poster.
