Criminal Record Check:
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) form must be completed by anyone volunteering in a school building, chaperoning a field trip, or working directly with students without a staff member present.

A CRC is not required for routine visits such as attending parent-teacher conferences, school events, or assemblies, or picking up a student.
