Oxbow Mathletes spent time playing Playing Calla and Ramrod this morning!
Our 5th grade team and parents had so much fun on their field trip to the Aquarium and Rainforest Café. Hands on learning is so much fun! 😊

This morning our Mathletes started their day off playing Hex-A-Gone! This game works on our observation skills, geometric figures and regions, estimation, and congruence.

This morning Oxbow Mathletes played FIAR (Four In A Row). This game works on active problem solving, observational skills, patterning, and deductive/inductive reasoning.
Oxbow Mathletes started the morning playing Shape Up to practice addition, missing addend form of subtraction, fact families, directionality, and hypothesizing and experimentation.
JK had a blast with their 2nd grade buddies today! Happy Friday Owls!
