My name is Kelsey Breen. I am a mother of three HVS students and two MHS graduates. We have lived in the Milford area for 20+ years, and enjoy the closeness of the community.
I graduated with my MLIS (Masters in Library and Information Science) in 2015 from Wayne State University. My undergraduate background is in History and Literature with a Children's Literature minor. My Associates degree focused on Early Childhood Education.
Before starting at Milford High School, I was the Teen Services Librarian at Milford Public Library. I currently am a librarian substitute at Brighton District Library and Walsh College. I enjoy working with young adults and helping them discover a love of learning through reading and pursuing their individual interests.
I have spent many years volunteering in my kids elementary classrooms, and am excited to be a part of the HVS team. I look forward to serving the staff and students at Milford High School.
