Reminder - All WLMS students will be taking the Math MAP test this Thursday and Friday during their math class. Students please get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and remember to bring your charged Chromebook to school!
The Race to Raise has been officially kicked off!
This is our PTSA's only fundraiser for the year. It is intended to fund planned activities for the entire 23-24 school year. This includes student activities, parties, recognition events, WLMS staff needs and a Glow Fest for our students.
On the day of the event (10/5/2023), all students will walk to the LHS track during their electives, where they will receive a free WLMS shirt and walk/run the track. We will be raffling off prizes during the event and all students who raise $50 or more will be automatically entered to win!

The Huron Valley Community Theatre is calling all middle schoolers! There are auditions for the upcoming production today at 7:00 pm at Milford High School. Check out the QR code for more information and instructions.

Friendly reminder - WLMS is open to families this Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Please feel free to check lockers, walk schedules and help your student feel ready-to-go for the first day! Students must be accompanied by an adult.

WLMS Girls Volleyball season is upon us!! All WLMS 6th - 8th grade girls are welcome to tryout! Below is the tryout information for the 2023-24 season:
Mon 8/28 3:30 - 5:00 pm - Skills Day
Tues 8/29 - Thurs 8/31 3:30 - 5:00pm - Tryouts
Girls will meet in the WLMS Gym. Please bring knee pads, athletic shoes and water (volleyballs are optional if you prefer to use your own. Please make sure it is standard size and is clearly marked with your name).
If you are new to WLMS volleyball or have any questions please email Coach Brian Kennedy (brian.kennedy@hvs.org).
NOTE: A valid physical (dated on or after 4/15/23) is required in order to participate. Physicals can be uploaded via Final Forms.
WLMS Cross Country optional summer practices start Monday, 8/21 at 9am. Athletes, meet coaches (Mrs. Smith and Mrs. LaRowe) behind WLMS. Summer practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays. Times vary. Please reference the WLMS Cross Country athletics page (https://sites.google.com/hvs.org/wlmscrosscountry/home) for all scheduling information and more!!!
