Exciting News, Kurtz Cougar Families!
Get ready to turn the page on a whole new chapter—the Kurtz Elementary Book Fair is coming November 4th–10th!
We’ve officially switched from Scholastic to Literati! Why the change? Because Literati focuses strictly on high-interest, high-quality books that ignite a love for reading—meaning more incredible stories for our kids and fewer distracting toys or smelly knick-knacks!
THE ONLINE STORE IS NOW OPEN! Why wait until November? You can start shopping right now! Our online store features a much larger selection of titles than the physical fair, along with teacher wish lists and options to "Share the Fair" so every student gets a book in hand. Feel free to share the link with family members who’d love to gift your Cougar a new book!
CASHLESS SHOPPING DURING SCHOOL HOURS To make shopping smooth, safe, and stress-free, the fair is cash-free for students during regular school hours. Parents can set up a digital gift card online in less than 2 minutes:
Visit our online store / scan the QR code.
Enter your email address at checkout (this creates the card and sends a receipt straight to your inbox).
Add your child’s name and load your desired funds! When your child shops, our volunteers simply look up their name or your email—no printouts or cash needed!
SAVE THE DATES & HOURS
In-School Student Shopping: Nov. 4 – Nov. 10 (during school hours)
Parent-Teacher Conference Hours: Nov. 5 & Nov. 10 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
All purchases directly benefit our Kurtz Media Center! Click the link below to set up your child’s digital gift card and start browsing today!
