Families came out in huge numbers to Spring Mills Elementary last Friday for their first Glow Night! Ms. Robinson had made fabulous glow-in-the-dark artwork with the students and Mrs. LaPratt had practiced fun grade-level performances with various glowing props like finger lights, light-up drumsticks, tennis- and snowballs, gloves, and LED foam sticks. There was dancing, face painting, music, laughter, and lots of photos. This special night featuring the arts was made possible shanks to a grant from the HVEF and with lots of help from the PTA and volunteers.
