Our WLMS Warriors have had an exceptional fall sports season! Congratulations to our 8th Grade Girls Volleyball Team for placing 1st at their LVC tournament.
Both of our volleyball teams had fantastic seasons and applied a “Warriors Mindset”. “The amount of work that these girls put in was incredible. Not only for their own personal achievement and progression, but more importantly for the best interest of the team. When one player was having an off day, the rest of the team would rally around them to pick up the slack. To us, this season was more than "just middle school volleyball", it was heart, intensity, focus, leadership, optimism, resiliency, spirit, passion, hard work, and TEAMWORK. In over 20 years of coaching for us, this group ranks right at the top.”, according to Coach Kennedy.
Our 7th grade team completed their season with an outstanding 7-2 record and our 8th grade team were undefeated for the season! We are very proud of our Warriors.
