Happy Friday, Lakewood Families!
We had a great time at our Detroit Pistons Assembly today. We learned about the qualities it takes to be part of a team. Some of our students and teachers got to participate in a shooting contest. Many of our students got prizes. We also saw lots of cool basketball tricks. It was a very fun and energetic assembly. Also, a huge shout out to our students for doing a great job walking to and from Lakeland to our assembly.
Additionally, this week our 4th grade students visited the Impressions 5 Science Center. They had such a great time.
I hope you have a wonderful spring break with your children. Looking forward to an amazing end to our school year. I can’t believe we are already in term 4 of the school year. Time is moving by so fast!
