In case you missed it... Here are some happenings at Lakewood this week!
Lakeland High School hosted our program students for their annual Holiday Hope for Kids event! Our students were able to decorate cookies, fill some goodie bags with candy, listen to the band and choir, as well as get some awesome photos with the special guest, Santa!! Thank you to LHS for hosting, and to their students for making ours feel so welcomed and included!
We have a winner for the belonging t-shirt design contest that will go on our Unified School shirts! Congratulations to Oakley Austin for having the winning design! Votes for the winning design were cast by students only, during their technology class last week. We can't wait to sport this awesome design around our campus!
The library has been transformed into Whoville this week for the Who-li-day shop!! Kids are having a blast shopping for their family, friends and pets. All items are $1! Thank you to our hard working PTA and other volunteers for making this event so special for our Hawks!
