Last Thursday, the Lakeland Girls Golf team participated in the Patriot Player/Coach Scramble hosted by Livonia Franklin. IAW golfers, Anna Linen, Cailyn Milewski, Claire Linen, and Kylie Yen teamed up with their coach. No surprise to us, the Eagles took first place in the event with a score of 56 in the 16 team field. The team made 12 birdies and an eagle in the scramble.

Starting off the year with a full school seminar. Mr. Parrott shared our year-long theme, Strength in Unity. Staff are excited to build a community of belonging with all the students.
HVS Superintendent, Dr. Salah shared a few words about cherishing the moments, stories and experiences of high school.
IAW Teachers gave a quick introduction to themselves and we wrapped up with popsicles and a time to bond outside!
