These IAW Class of 2026 students are being recognized as Commended or Semi-Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Approximately 16,000 Semifinalists are recognized nationwide out of the 1.3 million participating students, representing less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors. These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 6,870 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $26 million. Congratulations to Anna and Jamie! Commended students are among the top 50,000 high achieving students out of the 1.5 millions students who took the PSAT11 NMSQT. Congratulations to (L to R) Reza, Claire, Mayans, Asahi, Ethan, Anna, Janna, Teaghan, Prerna, Nick, Shayna, Ian, Kat, Lana! #nationalmerit #IArocks

Last Thursday, the Lakeland Girls Golf team participated in the Patriot Player/Coach Scramble hosted by Livonia Franklin. IAW golfers, Anna Linen, Cailyn Milewski, Claire Linen, and Kylie Yen teamed up with their coach. No surprise to us, the Eagles took first place in the event with a score of 56 in the 16 team field. The team made 12 birdies and an eagle in the scramble.
Congrats!! #IArocks #HVSproud
