Harbor students and staff have enjoyed the expanded educational workspace that accompanied the move to Oak Valley. Jared Lawson, art teacher at Harbor, describes his new art room as “Spacious, providing much more room that allows for more exploration of different materials while also being able to do larger projects.” The room fills with natural light and even has a dedicated space for a kiln. Lawson also welcomes the addition of display windows in the main hallway which are being used to showcase student work. Art has always been an area where Harbor’s students shine and this wonderful new workspace is sure to help them produce their next masterpiece!
