The new student online enrollment is now open in Family Access as well as on our website for parents to complete for the incoming Kindergarten/JK students for the 2026-27 school year. A welcome letter will follow shortly upon completion of your online enrollment with all of the enrollment requirements. If you plan to enroll in JK, please start with the JK Interest Form HERE prior to completing your online application.
Enrollment paperwork may be turned into the office during the following hours:
8:30-9:00am
9:30-3:30pm
4:15-4:30pm
You will also have an opportunity to turn your enrollment paperwork in during our JK/Kindergarten Orientation Evenings and JK/Kindy day.
JK/Kindergarten Orientation is March 12th at 6pm. You will receive more information once you've completed the online enrollment application.
JK/Kindy day is TBD this spring. More info will follow this spring.
Current JK students are already fully enrolled so no need to reapply. Please just confirm with the office that you intend to attend kindergarten at COE in the fall or whether you are assigned to a neighboring district school.
***NEW THIS YEAR***Current GSRP, PAL or Speech students at Apollo must complete the online enrollment process as a new student including supporting documents (immunizations, dental/hearing/vision screening, age waiver, etc.).
