What is School Age Care?
School Age Care is an extended day program located in each elementary building for school-aged students in junior kindergarten through 5th grade, before and/or after the regular school day.
*There are 3 forms; please be sure that you have reviewed them all.
*We will need all required forms returned no later than August 17th in order to schedule for the week of August 31st.
*Forms may be submitted to Wendi Butler in the front office at Apollo, or emailed to Michelle Meek at firstname.lastname@example.org
*A credit or debit card number should be included so that we can collect the $30 registration fee. You may also pay by cash in person at Apollo.
*Scheduling will still take place no later than 5:00pm the night before care is needed if space is available. We recommend scheduling as soon as you know what your needs are.
*There is a Schedule Assist fee (for late scheduling): $10 per session added. Sessions will only be added if we have openings.
*Scheduling for August & September will be available on August 20th for those families who have submitted their fall registration.
*See page 7 of our Parent Handbook for more scheduling and fee information.
*Due to a staffing shortage, enrollment will be limited at most locations.
*KURTZ will only be accepting students for a wait-list at this time. Parents will not be charged a registration fee until their registration is accepted for scheduling.
*HERITAGE & SPRING MILLS will only be holding morning School Age Care until enough caregivers are assigned.
