Peachjar E-flyers

Peachjar is Huron Valley Schools'  new flyer distribution system, implemented to reduce the environmental impact  and cost of printing flyers. External organizations can share information with HVS families as long as the proposal adheres to the flyer approval guidelines outlined below.

Information on how to sign up as an outside vendor is also listed below.

Families receive flyers in an individual email based on the school their student attends. The flyers are also posted on each schools' website, as well as listed on this page.

Peachjar for Parents

Peachjar is an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved digital flyers directly to parents' inboxes. Think of Peachjar as an electronic backpack for parents. This “green” initiative will save our schools tons of paper and greatly reduce copying costs.

Parents will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. If families choose to use this personalized method, they will have the opportunity to manage their own account and flier delivery preferences (for one or more schools). If you want a Peachjar account, simply go to and register.

This system is used for the distribution of school and community fliers. Family email addresses will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

Peachjar for Businesses and Organizations

Because paper flyers will no longer be distributed, you must register an account with Peachjar for digital flyer delivery. Peachjar charges a fee for utilizing this service, but you will no longer be paying for the cost of printing flyers and hand-delivering them to schools.

You may upload your flyer for distribution to your desired school(s). As a "program provider," you will have access to metrics for your flyers.

After your flyer has been submitted, it will be routed automatically to the school district office for approval, then emailed to parents who have their email address on file in the district, for the school(s) you select.
