General Information

Run Club will be held this summer Thursday mornings 8-9 a.m. through July.

Fitbody Boot Camp is a great way to stay in shape and get ready for CC.  Studies have shown that strength/cross training helps distance runners improve speed and ward off injury.  See the attached form for more information Fitbody Boot Camp

First day of practice at Oak Valley is  August 29, 2016 from 8-9:30 a.m. in the gym.  You must have a physical in order to participate in this workout.
