Over the last several years, data collected by the Milford Athletic Department shows the co-curricular benefits of athletic participation. Student athletes excel in their academics, development of character, and acquire many life-long skills through their participation in sports, including:

The needs of our athletic programs have changed considerably over the last decade. Through increased support from the Athletic Foundation, it's our goal to assist and maintain sports programming for Huron Valley Schools and Milford High School. The Athletic Foundation recognizes that these needs will continue to grow in the future. Throughout the state of Michigan, participation fees have more than doubled, while other costs have grown rapidly. Increased costs for basic needs such as transportation and officials leave less money available for equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
The Athletic Foundation hopes to build its endowment fund, positioning itself to provide sustainable, long-term support for future Milford athletes.
