There are several principles that guide our decision-making with regard to school closings. First and foremost, however, is the safety of our students and staff. Click more, for details.

Please be aware that beginning Wednesday, October 1, Huron Valley Schools will begin implementation of its new access control procedures.
Guests who come to our buildings during school hours will gain access through an intercom system. In most instances, the second set of doors at our front entrances will be locked. The exceptions to this are Milford High School and Duck Lake Center. These two buildings will have their first set of doors locked.
Visitors to all of our school buildings will be asked to present photo identification, and as always, will be asked to check in at the main office. These new procedures are intended to assure the safety of our students and staff.
Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.
