Following the college visits to Specs Howard, MPI, UNO, and DIME, several Harbor High students dual enrolled at Oakland Community College to get a head start on college. Following their dual enrollment these students continued their path to higher education and enrolled in schools such as UNO, OCC, Baker College, Barber College, and Central Michigan University.

These opportunities, coupled with articulation agreements with Baker and Oakland Community College, are allowing HHS students to complete up to a semester of college credit by the time they graduate. These students are paving the way for others from Harbor who will dual enroll in the future. We are so proud of our students that continue their education beyond high school. Not only are they achieving their dreams, they are showing other students what opportunities are available. Leading by example is the most effective approach.
