Through mutual respect and student-centered learning, our children will strive to reach their highest potential in a positive atmosphere.

We are dedicated to your children to teach them about the "power of living according to principles- principles such as responsibility, planning ahead, respect for others, teamwork, and balance." ~ Sean Covey

Mrs. Sheldon Wins Grant!!

In Mrs. Sheldon's classroom, we have been using Chromebooks to enhance our education.  With a number of grants and Donors Choose, I have been very fortunate to receive Chromebooks to help my students.  We use the Chromebooks every day for a variety of subjects...math, reading, spelling, grammar, and writing.  We are working on earning enough Chromebooks for the whole class!

This particular grant from Meemic Insurance is for another Chromebook and a charging station!!

Thank you Meemic!!!

Mrs. Puffer Wins Classroom Grants! Mrs. Puffer received two grants for her classroom.  One will allow the 3rd grade students to ride on the trains, carriages, and Model Ts during their field trip to Greenfield Village this spring.  Students will compare the features and benefits of each of these forms of transportation from our history.  The other grant will purchase Nexus tablets to be used by students for making videos that demonstrate their learning.  The tablets are on the Google platform, so their work will connect seamlessly to our Google Drives.
