**Registration Step 2 - Course Activation**
Students must bring completed registration paperwork, a copy of the paid receipt, and identification to any open computer lab to be assigned usernames, passwords, and be enrolled in a course.

General Information

There will be a question and answer informational meeting on Monday, June 20th @ 5pm at Milford High School in the LGI room. The meeting is strictly voluntary and not required.

Students must complete their online assignments from a computer that has high-speed Internet access. Open lab times are available at Milford and Lakeland High School (see open lab schedule for specific dates and times).  Open lab time may not provide sufficient opportunity to complete all course requirements. Students may need to seek an alternative location to complete their course work.

Students shall abide by the Huron Valley Schools Technology Acceptable Use Policy.  Huron Valley Schools Code of Conduct and Dress Code are in effect for students who are on campus during Open Lab time or when completing a Cumulative Exam. Should a discipline issue arise causing the student to be removed from the program, there will be no refund.

It is the responsibility of all students and parents/guardians to be certain that the classes in which they enroll fulfill the needed graduation requirements. It is strongly recommended that students meet with their counselors to discuss graduation requirements before registering for any Summer School courses.  Online Summer School staff will not be able to check grades or transcripts.

Course Information

Students will access Edgenuity through the Edgenuity Student Portal External Link.

It is recommended students take notes and organize them in a notebook labeling each section, or use enotes in the Edgenuity program. Notes cannot be used during the Cumulative Final Exam.

Cumulative Exams must be taken during one of the scheduled Open Lab times. Students must bring photo identification to take a final exam. Students do not have to wait until the final week to take the final exam. It is recommended you finish your course early instead of waiting, as those final days the labs will be busy. Computers at both locations are limited to one lab and are therefore offered on a first come, first served basis.

All coursework and Cumulative Final Exams must be completed by Thursday, August 11, 2016. However, students are strongly encouraged to complete the course before the final date.

To Receive Credit

Students must earn a 60% or higher Overall Grade in the course and a 60% or higher on the Cumulative Final Exam to receive credit. Students must also complete the course with a 100% completion in order to receive credit.

Grade Weights (General weights, some courses may vary)
